Architectural Review Committee (ARC) 

 

There is a well-placed committee available to help you and to keep the neighborhood beautiful. The members of this committee review and then rule on proposed exterior changes, modifications and/or improvements to homes using specific HOA guidelines which are available by request & on the HOA website.  Every homeowner is required to request written permission to make changes in order to assure that the Aldea is in compliance with the design code and governing docs.  The best interest of the community is the goal of this committee, but to also help ease the way for owners to better their properties.
